The Lost Girl
I am lost
No matter where I go
I don’t belong
I’m lost
I can’t be found
It makes me wonder
If my time here is done
I’m in the water
I can’t swim
I’m in the air
I can’t fly
I’m in a car
I can’t drive
There’s oxygen
I can’t breathe
There’s beauty
I can’t see
Birds are singing
I can’t hear
There’s danger
I can’t scream
I’m lost
I can’t be found
It makes me wonder
If my time here is done
I am lost
I am lost
time and space are illusory – they ARE not,
do not exist.
In all places,
at all times,
you ARE,
you exist.
You cannot be lost.
TY–you put a crack in the dam and for that I am grateful.
Your words made me worry for you and dtdeedge thankfully found ones that helped. {{{hugging you}}}
TY–I appreciate your concern. Often just saying the words out loud relieves the pressure.
Yes… that is definitely part of why we write. 🙂
